Program description
Serenity Now Hawaii operates an SMS program that sends appointment-related text messages to customers and therapists who have opted in. Messages include booking confirmations, therapist assignment updates, dispatch and ETA notifications, appointment reminders, and customer support responses. This is a transactional program — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How to opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox when booking a session on serenitynowhawaii.com/book or during therapist onboarding. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is required only to receive text updates — you must affirmatively check it to opt in.
The exact consent language shown on the booking form is:
"I agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Serenity Now Hawaii, including booking confirmations, therapist assignment updates, reminders, and customer support messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance."
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. A typical booking generates 3–6 messages (confirmation, therapist assigned, en route, arrived, completion, optional follow-up).

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges from your mobile provider may apply to messages you send and receive. Serenity Now Hawaii does not charge for the SMS program itself.
How to opt out — Reply STOP
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Serenity Now Hawaii. After you reply STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will not receive further SMS from the program. To opt back in, reply START or check the consent box on a new booking.

Messages are supported on all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
